Default Installed efi live and now have 8 codes

After getting all of my parts I did the air, egr delete and turbo back exhaust. Following the 11 steps for installing the efi live w/trans tune I set it to the tow tune they made for me and took it around the complex at low speeds(kids). ALL WAS FINE!

Next I set it to the second one (street I guess) follow same steps and then disconnect it and fire the truck up and get to see dealer for service immediately (or something to that effect). I reinstalled the tune and the same thing. I tried deleting the codes but I guess I dont know how because the wont go away even though it says codes deleted. I drove it around the complex again no loss of power but the prompt on the dash wont go away.

My ECM codes are as follows:

1 P040D
2 P245C
3 P144E
4 P0405
5 P0546
6 P2033
7 P242D
8 P2471

Please explain what I need to do step by step because I am not a mechanic or a tuner/programer. explanations will help greatly.

Thanks ya'all in advance!

where did you buy your EFI Live from. That's where I would go for answers.
