You're probably getting horrible mileage because you're running gas, not diesel.

/joke. You're throwing an exhaust pressure code, have you thrown a catalyst code in the overhead gauge? Maybe your dpf or cats are getting packed off.

How many miles are on the truck? Sounds like you have failed emissions equipment. Best bet would be to Do a programmer to eliminate both the EGR and DPF between that and an aftermarket exhaust you should see the truck run well again and see fuel economy improved from what you originally experienced.

We are located in Canada, i'm not sure of your emissions requirements where you are located. I would recommend looking into what your emissions laws are in your county.

I've never been around anywhere that they actually check for that crap but I'm from Oklahoma. And this definitely sounds like your dpf is plugged, I just deleted my friends 6.7 and milage went up about 4mpg from what it was with the junky plugging dpf. It has efi live and it does smoke but you can request cleaner tunes so if they inspect it and you don't have an 8 inch tip and a black bumper I doubt they look under it at all. I'm not sure about the miss though maybe the computer can't read it because sensors are so dirty or something. The deletes are worth doing and Martin performance can hook you up cheap and Brian Martin is super helpful and can get you just what you need. I hot ahold of him through Facebook I'm not sure if he has a website or not.

Miss AND poor mileage is a sure sign of engine problems! Could be a bad injector but I've seen a few with worn out cylinders because of the EGR! Do a blow by test remove oil fill cap and place on hole if it dances around or blows off your done!
