I have a 07 6.7 and I'm planning to do some mods.
I want to install a better fuel filter and water separator. I also am planning on getting the smarty and deletes. Not running over level 5 on the smarty, would there be any advantage to installing the airdog 100 over just installing some bases and running a good filter and a water separator. If there is a advantage, please explain it. Thanks Lee |

The Airdog 100 will keep enough fuel to your injection pump when your stock lift pump can't handle the added demand of fuel from the Smarty. Lifetime warranty on the Airdog so it will be the only and last pump you have to purchase.

On Smarty level 5, will the stock pump keep up with demands?
I agree that the airdog is superior to the stock pump, but is it needed? The new filters and bases will filter it just as well, but is the extra pressure/flow needed? Right now don't need to spend the extra coin if just the filters will do. I can change it them out later if I win the lotto. Lee |
