Default New truck....first diesel

Needed a new truck to pull a camper to my next job site, the '99 Chevy 1500 is ready for a semi-retirement for a little bit until she gets some minor tweaks done (idk why, only got 277k miles on her). Long story short, mom had to talk me into driving 1.5 hours to check out this truck and I bought it 2 days later. Copperhead Pearl paint just looks awesome. True story, apparently mom really does know best

Like a champ. Gonna run it stock at least for a little while to make sure there aren't any issues in the powertrain. That paint has a great pop to it when the sun comes out. Even in stock form it's got a great growl to it when I open the throttle up. Got pretty much every option on it. Ramboxes and storage everywhere. Love it. When I was 13 mom talked dad into going 20 miles down the road to look at a Chevy that they ended up buying in 1999, and it's been my daily driver since I was 19 until now at 27, hopefully I have the same fortunes with this one. I do miss not having payments though

Nice truck any problems with it? I'm thinking of maybe getting one.

So far no. Just been used as a daily driver for the 2 weeks I've had it, no pulling yet. Averaged almost 20 MPG at the first fill-up.

Yep. 627 miles and over 3/4 of a tank of it still there.
