Default Fuel Rail Pressure "How much is too much"

I have 2008 Dodge 6.7, DPF-EGR-EGR Cooler deleted-5" exhaust-Edge CTS Racing chip. I've recently started monitering FRP and the highest I've seen is 26.5k under hard accelaration. How much is too much. Normal driving 70+ shows about 11k - 15k depending on grade. Is this normal or should I have shim kit installed?

Thats perfectly normal, on that note on the high end to be safe no more than 27-28 max.
