P2563 Turbocharger Boost Ctrl Pos Sens Circ Range/Perf
It is a problem with the electronics on the side of the turbo. I imagine the turbo is sooted up and not happy with life.
Have you deleted the EGR?
I would suggest removing the turbo and cleaning the heck out of it with brake cleaner. The clear the code if you can and see if it works.
I've seen this code many times and that was how I fixed it.

Thanks, I'll try that. No the EGR is still intact. If I'm removing the turbo I'll probably replace it rather than clean it. I work for a fleet, and the cost of downtime is way more than a turbo for us.

One thought, would the EGR delete help stop the turbo from getting sooted up? If so I may be able to get the big boss to let me start doing some mods on our trucks.
