maybe keep it under $500 but what should my next upgrade be?

you are pretty much good to go considering the stock trans?....that would be your next limitation. From there turbo charger and injectors are the next round of mods.

I am thinking that the trans may start to be an issue, and a lift pump is a good idea no matter what fueling modifications are made

do you have head studs always a great idea on the 6.7

IMO arp 625s are the way to go
