I'd go SCT with Innovative Diesel tuning, but there isn't such a thing as a tuner that wont void your warranty, no matter what any of them say. Your warranty work is up to your dealer, some are mod friendly, others are not. You simply will not get good mileage out of a 6.4 with the DPF still on there, you need to take that off and get the tunes to go with it for the best mileage.

I was surprised by all the feed back on the turners recommended for the 6.4. One is off the market (the KEM) and the other (Sparten) has some major bugs. Are there any out there that are reliable and won't void my warranty??

I already have a 1975 F-250 4x4 400 hp balanced 390 4x4 18" lift 40" mudders, 2004 4x4 F-250 Crew Cab 8" lift 40" mudders, 2002 F350 Crew Cab 4x4 dually Fully loaded, chipped, 1999 F350 4x4 chipped and over 300,00 miles on the original engine and trans., and several lesser F250's and a Ford Tractor. As as my photo shows I've owned at least 6 other Ford trucks of various years and models.
Let's just say I'm into Ford Trucks.

We've got some tunes to help out the guy w/his emissions components in place, so if you want to go the route of better mileage and not having to remove the DPF, we can help you with that.
I know, most are going to say you can never get good mileage w/the regen, but you can. On our shop truck, we are down to regeneration every 650-700 miles . . . during regeneration you will see 5-8 mpg and it typically lasts 10-20 miles . . . over the course of 650-700 miles, this is really a small blip on the radar and is easily lost in the error of calculating mileage. Our shop F450 w/4:30 gears has seen 16mpg on highway with all emissions components in tact with a tune that makes 400HP at the tires.
We do have higher HP tunes, but the additional air flow at the higher HP levels forces a regen much sooner. Regen on these trucks is triggered by a high pressure drop across the dpf, or 700 miles . . .whichever comes sooner.
Its not for everyone, but for those who don't want to mess with the legalities involved, its a good option.
