Default dfuser tunes?

Anyone ever ran tunes from dfuser.com? I pick up my sct livewire from a local shop tomorrow and just seen dfuser has tunes for 40 a piece. I plan on getting some innovative tunes but figured at 40 bucks it couldn't hurt to try them too. Thanks for any feedback.

I have never run dfuser tunes but I am running Erics tunes.
If I were you I would save the $40 and contact Eric and start out on the right foot. Once you try his tunes you will be very happy with the power gains.

I'm going to order a three pack from eric. I'm actually pretty impressed so far with the performance tune that came on the livewire. It really woke the truck up. What all tunes are you running? I know I want the extreme street but I'm not sure about others. Thanks

Yeah, I usually drive slow too. Since I put the tuner on yesterday its kinda hard though. Do you get better mileage driving easy on a tune than with the truck stock though. Before the tuner I was only getting 14 driving somewhat easy. Big drop from getting 17 to 20 out of my cummins. I have only had the 6.0 for a couple weeks so hopefully once I get use to the different powerband and everything the mileage will go up. How do you like that aggressive tow? Which tow tune is mainly what I'm debating on.

You think its fun now wait till you get the custom tunes, its a night and day difference. Remember to have Eric turn off your EGR valve.
I got Extreme Street, Aggressive tow with Turbo/exhaust braking and Economy.
I've noticed that if you can keep your right foot under control on the skinny pedal you will average 16.5 to 17 when set on Extreme street.

I'm going to have to call innovative tomorrow, I don't think I can wait till next week. I keep getting cel with these canned tunes. I just wish this livewire turned off and on by itself with the ignition. Got to get my pyro hooked up this weekend too.

I see they have three tunes for $165 now. The canned tunes are generic thats why you get the CEL. The custom tuning should take care of that. I forgot to put in my last post that I would skip getting the economy tune. The reason being if you can drive with some restraint, you will get the same mileage on higher HP tunes. Keep us posted.

Well, I bought a sct probe kit for the livewire instead of the tunes. As soon as I get the autometer pyro I was goin to use sold I will get tunes. Another question though. What are normal temps for a 6.0 to run. Right now I'm running the canned street tune. At 55 to 60 I'm running 600 to 650 and 65 to 70 I'm around 700. The probe is in the dr side manifold. All other trucks I have been in have had the probe in the downpipe so I know its going to read higher from the manifold. Tomorrow I'm going to return to stock and see where its at and then go back to the performance tune if people can stop burning fields around here. Had a fire run today and realized the pyro is not good to look at when your holding high speeds and you look over and see 1400.
