ONE I FOUND ON DTR



i got a diesel shop down the road from me and i am going to stop down there tomorrow and see what they can get me fuel pins for, if they can get them cheap enough, i MIGHT just start cutting my own to sell..........HOW MANY GUYS ON HERE WOULD BE WILLING TO BUY THEM??????









NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT, JUST A QUESTION TO SEE IF ITS WORTH IT......

once i get the price for the factory pins ill let ya know, i might just talk to a machine shop to see if they can cut me new blanks to work with, ill know more within a few days, THANKS MAN!!!! LOGAN.....

i worked for a guy today that owned a machine shop, so im going to be giving him a call sometime this week.....

If you do start making cones, make sure that you make them as hard as possible. BullyDog made defective cones for a couple years; inadequately hardened, the pin ground into them.

And what you really want to do is make cones that have the ramp go all the way from one side of the cone to the other, but then sell a longer-than-stock pin to ride along with it. That is something that people can't do themselves and will allow you to maintain AFC functionality along with as much fuel as the pump can possible provide.

Make cone/ pin kits and tons of people will buy them. If you just grind down cones, then most people will Dremel their own.

ill be running these in my truck before i even attempt to sell them, i want to know they will work.......ill have to find something that is 3/16 longer than the stock pin, im gonna take measurements when we got the pump tore down......
