Default injectors

I know you guys prolly get this question alot, but here it is again. I am overhauling my 12v cummins right now and was wanting to get opinions on what performance injectors to get that give you the most power for your money, good and bad experiences with the injectors you have, anything like that. #3 injector went bad on mine and the piston was toast. So anything will help. Thanks guys!

1stGen1990's Sig:1990 Dodge Cummins, K&N custom intake, 5 speed getrag, tweaked pump, 4 inch strait pipe, full power turned up, fuel pin form DennyT, BD 40 horse injectors. Future plans: Tach, gauges, turbo when the money shows up. It needs a turbo to go...
1996 Dodge Cummins, K&N, 5 speed, turned up starwheel, silencer ring gone, strait piped, 280,000 miles still going strong!

dont buy POD's they are a realy smokey injector, will lower your fuel milage, and raise your egt's. some very good performance injectors are the DDP40's. good milage, good power, egt's stay in check slower, and are clean burning

acutally pods would not be too bad for his truck because they have the correct spray pattern for the non ic trucks
but they wouldnt be much of an upgrade as the stock non ic injectors are almost as large

ddp4s are great injectors at a great price!! but well worth the money!!
i would just get ddp4 nozzles and have a injection shop change out your old nozzles

Quick question regarding this. I have a Wh1c on my truck (not sure if its much larger than the H1c), I am a non IC'd truck, would it be wise for me to get injectors, or can my stockers handle it well?

POD's are not much of an improvement over stock. They are not really that much larger and you probably wont tell adifference between them and a good set of stockers.
