IDK it gives you some more low end smoke and maybe a little power but it results in slower turbo spool. Its really not hard to adjust and can be better used with an aftermarket fuel pin to fine tune. Adjust it, if you dont like it put it back where it was or play around with it some

My startwheel just goes 'round and 'round. I can't tell which direction it's pointing. I turned it counterclockwise until it stopped smoking like a freight train before the turbo spooled.

when you turned it out until it stopped smoking before the turbo spooled did you loose any power?

Nope. Once you start adding fuel the AFC adjustments become pretty useless except to back them all the way out - unless you're just trying to make smoke.
