Default Grinding when I turn

My 2003 dodge makes a grinding noise and you can feel it whenever I make a turn left seems to be much worse than right. I thought it may have something to do with my transmission since I recently put a new one in but even in neutral when gliding around a turn it does it and it doesn't sound good and everything suspension wise seems good looking at it but I still haven't put the truck up on a lift to actually get into it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

start off by jacking up the front end and turn the wheel. then spin the tires an see if you notice anything.

Tires felt decent. Swaybar end links are trash and passenger side upper ball joint is toast. Gonna pull the wheels off tomorrow and inspect and repack or replace the bearings but like my old Chevy when the bearings were bad you could actually move the wheels and feel the bearing in the hub were ****. Maybe it's just not that bad yet because there is no noise or grind feeling going straight just hard lefts or very sharp left turns at lower speeds but you have to be going around 15 for it to make said noise.

Make sure you hit your brakes/rotors good with a hose espicially if you travel dirt/gravel roads. Mine scream at me occasionally when **** gets stuck in there - run the hose through it and noise is gone!
