Default air dogg 150

i have an air dogg 150 on my 05 last week i started having hard starts and one point the truck bout died going down rd. i have had this problem last summer where the truck ended up dieing while driving and found out it was the fuse to the airdogg and it was just sucking the fuel instead of pumping it. so i checked the fuse and it is fine i pulled the relay out and did the airdogg trouble shoot were you jump yellow to red and the pump runs, replaced relay and turn key and the pump doesnt humm like it used to..... any ideas and i know i should have got a fass ( thats all i get when i ask anybody) thanks much...

Check for power at the pump unplug it and use a test light on the harness end. If nothing work your way up :relay, hot wire from batt, power wire to relay key on etc!
Sometimes the relay will take a crap from the heat turn the kkey on and wiggle the wires at the relay. Mine does it in the summer just melts at the terminal!

I've got a airdog 100 with the 1/2 fuel lines and 1/2 standpipe in the tank, have had no problem and the relays just zip tied to the main harness maybe check your connections?
