Default SMARTY UNDETECTABLE!!!! Proven To Me First Hand

I know that SMARTY CLAIMS to be undetectable but alot of people claim things. Well i had my truck in the shop today for a TSB (hunting for gears under light throttle) and being a the Tool Man for the shop I have a god relationship with these guys. One of them inperticular. Him and I always get talking diesel and He knows that I run a Smarty on my truck. Well this morning he had some time to kill and said he went into the computer TRYING to find a trace of it KNOWINg that I run it on the truck.... NOTHING!!!! he said there is NOTHING out of the ordinary. ALL the tables and history look fine. Just thought I would pass this along to anyone on the fence!

Summery: A Dodge tech went Looking for traces of the Smarty KNOWING it was there and could not find anything out of the ordinary!

Did he look for it because of the TSB or because he wanted to. I know that when they flash the puter it clears out all old info. I have a TSB that could be done on mine but I do not want them to find the trace of the predator in there. I have a SMARTY on the way, and I hope that I can get the TSB done to clear the puter and them never know any better. This is good info to hear, I hope that the predator does not bite me in the behind now.

I told him I was running a Smarty, He is into performance diesels and got excited... We both had the same thought.... Lets see if we can find it. He looked everywhere he could TRYING to find it knowing it was in there BEFORE they did any work to the truck.

We talked about this also... He said the only way Chrysler will get you is if you toast and engine they want all the old parts to look over before they warrenty... Its VERY obvious that you've been dumping in TONS of fuel when they look at hard parts. Chrysler has the same scanner they use. He has been to classes to learn how to find programers and history of boxes. EVERYTHING on the truck was in spec... current and History. He said if he can't find it no one at chrysler will. Only if they look at the pistons and such.

all the manufactures have master scanners, they can go in and tell you every time you were speeding, not wearing your belt, and anything else on that truck that has a sensor since the day that computer was brought on line, GM's and Ford's are the same way, a good friend of mine is dating a woman that partially owns a Chevy dealership (her dad and sister own the other parts), and i am also very good friends with the head service manager (he rents my farm), he stood right in the shop and watched the GM guys scan a trailblazer cause a woman was threatening a law suit against GM because she said some of the safety "features" didnt work properly in the rollover crash she was in cause she was doing the legal speed limit......the scanned it, politely smiled at her and told her to remove herself from the dealership property or she would be escorted off the property, she was doing well over 70 MPH, wasnt wearing her belt, and never used the brakes........plus one of my college teachers was a researcher/driver at the GM test facility in Mesa Arizona and went very in-depth on how the whole system works along with ALOT of the cool stuff most people dont know about their vehicles.....

The computers have a freeze frame that records what has happened in the last X amount of time before something happens. That is common knowledge. The state police use the same thing in traffic acident investigations. It does not have record of everything the car has done since the computer was brought online, if so you would run the small ass computer out of memory fast...
