It can help MPG depending on how much meth you use. The main reason it is run is to lower exhuast temps when towing. I've heard a 60/40 mix of meth/water can give you an extra 90 hp!

Oh ya with a good mix it can add up to 90 for sure on a dyno run and it seams to help cool but not as much as i assumed it would when i ran it JMO

It also creates an "effect" of timing advance.

i found it made a huge reduction in my egts when towing on my powerstroke.
but it was non intercooled and i ran straight water when towing.
