Finally got off my butt and with the awesome help of Chris Brahs (Cbrahs) and Andy Blomberg(?) we installed the MPI Twins (3788r-4042r), Opie bypass, ARP 625's, PPE dual fueler, F1 Cam and sportsman pro springs. Everything went together reasonable well. Turbos are a bit laggy, but when they light up WOW... Downloaded the TNT tune for the Smarty and have gone as far a level seven. That tune is a monster. No popping or other issues. These ball bearing turbos sound like an F-16 moving around the tarmac. When you shut it down you can hear the turbines continue to spin for quite awhile. I have some tuning and tweaking to do then off to the DYNO.
