F1 helix2's are a pretty awesome cam and the way to go from everything I've heard and the research I've done. Im putting mine in on Saturday morning, then have some other buttoning up to do on the truck over the weekend. Fresh trans, Tuning for the twins etc... should have it up and going by monday though. I'll give you a report on what I see with it.

Helix 2:

Intake Lift .271"
Intake Duration 188.5 degrees @ .050"

Exhaust Lift is .289"
Exhaust Duration 208.5 degrees @ .050"

Lobe Seperation 110.3 degrees

Stock:
Intake: 159* .235" lift
Exhaust: 206* .297" lift
Lobe seperation 107.5*

Hope this helps, there is also some information on the Max spool 2.5+ cam as well that I can probably round up.

Look at the Diesel Pros cam. Best spooling cam I ave seen and I am putting one in my truck soon.

And they can do the 12valve lift pump lobe as well, so you can go to the foolproof system if you like.

Yeah, my helix 2 has that extra lobe as well. Installing it this morning, however the machine shop didn't get my flexplate done this week, so I'm not going to be putting the tranny in or having it running by monday. Hopefully I'll have it going soon though.

We've had great performance from the Helix 2s... installation is a bit of a pain on both 2nd & 3rd Gens, but we flat-rate them at $600 in the shop.

The H2 worked better than stock, but cannot compare to the Diesel Pros.
