Default fluidampr

Just installed my new fluidampr that I ordered from Lukes Diesel in my 01 5.9 automatic . This truck is stock except for Edge EZ so most of what I read said I would not realize much benefit from it . But I have to say I am very pleased, it has reduced the interior noise noticeably at hihgway speeds you can carry on a conversation without yelling . Also when setting at idle with the window down I notice its not as loud . An performance wize its just smoother running Ha! it even seems like the ole 47re shifts smoother . So with what I,ve noticed on a stocker I would think those of you running High RPM an big HP an Torque would really see a benefit . Good Day .

Its an aftermarket Harmonic Balancer. Mostly for the bigger HP guys turning 3500 rpm and more. It helps a lot with vibration:

We've installed a few of them on friends trucks and they all love them. Actually seem to quieten the motor a bit too.
