Default heavy towing towing mods

I just finished the engine swap on my F550, the 2000 24 valve engine is completely stock, the truck has 488 rear end gears and a six speed manual transmission runs about 2k@55mph.
I am looking to get more power and mileage, I get about 9 mpg pulling 25k wide loads.
here's what I'm thinking after bit of research, tS performance MVP, 50 HP dynamite diesel injectors and gauges, please chime in with your thoughts and opinions

ditch the 4.88 gears for 3.73 or 4.10

forget DDP injectors... waaay overpriced. DFI injectors work much better.

edge ez will give some timing for a bit better economy. throw a boost elbow on the stock turbo and adjust it to allow 35psi boost.

gauges are a must. EGT, boost, fuel pressure.. fass 95 lift pump will help keep the fuel pressure up. need to be running no less than 10psi at ALL TIMES that the engine is running. 14+ ideally.

thanks for the input, Ive read reviews from ddp, cpp, dap, and dfi, with so many opinions its hard to make a decision, ddp sounds like the winner because of 8 holes and their honing process, but I've read reviews saying they like dap injectors better(cleaner cooler) doesn't make sense to me.

There is a lot of injector company's. DFI makes a good one. I Run CPP 7 hole sacs.
Next set will be Haley Performance sticks.
Or something from Weston

I run 6x.013s from Weston Shupe and love them. He gave a great price as well...

I got my complete injectors from Weston for $650 for custom 6x.013 micro blind SAC injectors.

DDP wants $500 for 50hp nozzles only... WASTE OF MONEY!

BTW: DFI (Chris) gets their nozzles from Weston Chris is a good guy and puts together quality stuff.

A small programmer, and some of our 60-100hp injectors. I suppose you could go up to 125HP SAC and keep the programmer on a lower setting.

assuming you have the nv5600 the 4.10 gears will tow much better than 3.54.

If you are towing than much spend $700 or so and get an exhaust brake!
