Not worth the money if you do have injectors. There's a lot of good info on here about these pumps. Do a search for HRVP44 and they should come up. If not let me know and I'll try to find some of the better ones.

we'll need to know more about your truck and what mods you have or are planning, injector selection depends on the air upgrades as to keep you exhaust temps from being sky-high. on the street truck with a 4 inch aftermarket exhaust and turbo upgrade, 150s are about the max if you dont plan on towing alot, on the stock turbo, id say 75-100 would be the range you should look at. what type of power are you wanting to get? also dont forget the tranny -

youre going to need way more then a valve body to handle 500 hp, youe going to need at least an aftermarket converter, a 4 or 5 inch exhaust, an air intake upgrade, a tuner or programer, an aftermarket lift pump to supply enough fuel to that hotrod. heres the order that id do it in, again this is just from my experience with several trucks, but this is the way that id do to get to 500 hp.

1: lift pump and if needed injection pump
2, tuner or chip(edge juice with attitude or even the adrenaline would be my choices both around 800 bucks, or if you get a tuner without a guage system, you need gauges at this point, EGT, BOOST, Fuel Pressure and Tranny temp at the minuinm)
3. air intake and exhaust(S and B makes a good one for $250 or AFE if you want to spend 400 or more)
4. a 4 inch exhaust(mbrp makes one that i have personally used on4 different trucks and i love that system, its around 360 bucks from xtremediesel.com or if you want a straight piped system, pm lukesdiesel, he can get you a good kit cheaper)
5.Your tranny upgrade, the valve body is a good idea, id also get a torque converter, however, id go with NADA or suncoast, they are the best out there, BD is okay but steer clear of ATS. valve bodies run anywhere from 400-800 and converters usually start around 1000 bucks.
6. 100 hp injectors( i reccomend DDP or industrial injection, they are worth the extra penny)
7. Turbo, this will depend on what you use the truck for(sled pulling, racing, daily driving, towing) twins would be awesome and youd see 700 hp easy but for twins, you'll talking alot of $$$ in head studs, oringed head gaskets and at least billet shafts.

you can easily hit 500, just takes some money. hope this helps you a little

oh also, when you are upgrading your tranny, if you wanna make it bullet proof, well mroe bullet proof, you might consider a new flew plate, either a billet one from suncoast or nada, or go to your local cummmins dealer and get one from an 03-06.5 5.9 liter as some peoaple have managed to break flexplates on dynos, sled pulls and drag racing, some making as little as 400 horses, personally, ive never broken one but one of my buddies did and his 01 is making a dyno proven 560 hp -

Industrial injection makes great chargers and fuel pumps but the injectors leave somthing to be desired. Hamilton seems to be taking over Don M's spot as the best injector builder for the 24v -

The Guys at Coaltrain Diesel made my Transmission with a 3 disk billet converter, billet input shaft valve body, stronger steels and clutches, And Also fixed me up with some monster injectors at a really good price. I put down 541hp but i am very skeptical about that being the best #'s. With what I got in my truck compaired to alot of other trucks, I should have broken 600. I will be re-dynoing on oct. 11 at the DHRA in Texas. and let ya know. -

I just wish i had some extra money to get mikes injectors. He has been a huge help to me and i have heard great things about them. -
