ok so got the head on this week got every thing cheey and good to go. i go to fire the truck and we get nothing, cracked the lines got fuel out got her to fire on a lil bit of eather then she died ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

ok so got the head on this week got every thing cheey and good to go. i go to fire the truck and we get nothing, cracked the lines got fuel out got her to fire on a lil bit of eather then she died right after, and kept trying well now the injection pump is no longer pushin the fuel and were not gettin it at the head any more fuel pressure is around 10 psi.... we can get it to run on eather (bad i know i know) but not fuel!!!! ugh 3 montsh and 1 day now....... -

Are you getting fuel to the Injection pump ? Because if your getting fuel in and no fuel out ...ekkkk - |

as of right now yes but we got fuel out of it for a second now no fuel WTF!!! -

Maybe it lost prime ? Keep hitting it with eather -

use something with lube, like WD40 or anything, just not straight ether, use the kind with top lube..... - |

wd40 works good, i wouldn't use ether either -

logan we did use strait eather and also wd40 *not at the same time* im going ot check all the connections tomorrow and see what ican get we had 10psi for startign thats right at perfect and yet no vroom vroom, valves were all rea adjusted and set perfect by muahhh just no injection pump to injector action. any one got any ideas throw them out there, and im shure one possiblility is the injection pump took a crap on me but i dont like that option....... -

check your electrical then go mechanical....... -

I would check the return line regulator on the pump. They used to be $50, and can cause a hard to prime condition. Been a while since I was in the thick of things with the VP though. -
