Default cuts out after 3000RPMS???

will free rev only to 3500rpms and when you rev her out in low lock she cuts out like crazy. springs are way tighter than what spec calls for. ive checked them and they are in there right. truck drives good and all but when you go to get routy it just doesnt have the a$$ i think it should.

do i need more fuel? DV's? filters are new and clean

I think it has to be in the gov spring assembly, not needing more fuel. My truck has about the same mods as yours, and revs to 3500 with no problem in gear, and revs to the same without load with no problem as well, I just have never gone higher by choice.

If you have them that tight without adverse reactions it makes me think your spring pack if the wrong height or spring rate. Possibly a governor assembly issue outside the spring pack.

ive thought the same thing. they are peak springs installation went just fine but if you set the keeper to .050 or whatever spec is the truck wont rev passt 1500 rpms.that is why they are cranked down so far.

Almost sounds like a spring or shim is missing... Did the springs come with a modified base to go in with them? My PacBrake 4KGSK came with a modified spring base to replace the stock base and shims. I tightened mine down to the stock stem spec and mine free revs just barely up to 4000 rpm. Is the kit maybe missing a spring during installation? I think one of the stock springs gets reused, or it did in my kit...
