Default how to get 400 hp

hi was wondering what setup i need to get around 400hp pump is turned up what injectors need what motor work needs done

What all have you done to your pump? What turbo does yours have there was a couple different turbos on the early 12vs. Have u done the afc yet? Gauges? Studs? Might Want to fill in your signature. Tranny?

5.9sledhead's Sig:2004 ram 2500 flatbed nv5600 stock, 2012 3500 4 door longbox 6 speed...stock till christmas, Sold 05 6 speed 600hp. Sold 95 twin turbo 5spd.

400 is pretty easy n not that expensive. check my signature, im goin to a dyno in march, but i should be 400+

95 dodge ram 2500 rclb nv4500 swap, SB 3250DD, Airdog 150 @ 40psi,215 pump, 4kgsk, 60# valve springs, oringed head, no plate, TorkTek 060 OFV, SDX 5x12's, 3 pc manifold, BHAF, Dtech 62/65/12 over Borg Warner s475, timing 20*, studs, 5" turbo back to 5" aussie single. 4 1/2" BDS lift, 35's, crossover steering

whats the afc i have the pump turned up should i put a bigger clutch in it i was told its like a 450hp clutch valair if i take it to a diesel shop around here will they be able to tell me what all i need to get it up to 400hp how much more am i gona spend to get it to 500hp

i would say take the plate out, do the Mack rack plug, tune your afc, 4kgov. spring, do a 4 or 5inch exhaust. as for the clutch if you want to say under $1000 for a clutch you will have to do a single disc. i would do the valair k/c 13'' flywheel that will hold 500hp. set your pump timing to 16-17 degrees. the stock hx35 will get you to 400hp but you will have to push it hard. i would look at and 60/60/16 which is and hx40 or a 3rd gen turbo from and 04.5-07 cummins. injectors i would go with a set of 215 out of a 96-98 12v 5speed or if you have the money do 90hp injector.

this is how you tune your afc

I would save youre pennys and go double disc on the clutch-i wish i did
