Default Gauges

I bought i boost gauge for $28 at o'reillys but im looking for a pyrometer and there like $130...where can i get a cheap pyrometer for about how much i got the boost gauge for? and the boost gauge is a equus brand....

your not gonna get a pyro kit new for 28 bucks. 130 is not a bad price

x2...buying cheap anything is a waste of money. What good would it be buying a cheap pyrometer if it isnt going to be accurate?? Accuracy counts and it doesnt come cheap.

If you wanted cheap you could use any air presusre guage and a boost guage would have cost you $6-8...

Try glowshift.com they have good gauges that are pretty cheap almost everyone in my town has them and never heard of any problems but they are not gona be 38$.

Plus glow shift gauges look bad a$$ at night because the lights change color my friend has some.

i bought the glowshift triple pod with egt,boost and fuel pressure on ebay for $200.

im happy with them

Yea after i bought mine i figured out i could have bought one that had the dightal boost in the middle and pyro on the outside for the same price.

still never going to be a fan of the glowshift brand...... never like them and have had so many go bad in customer trucks.... im ISSPRO all the way

yeah glow shift is about the cheapest gauge you're going to get that actually works half right... hell i bought a stewart warner electronic pyrometer for 80 bucks but that doesnt include the probe or the harness between the two. and it still doesnt work right... i have yet to actually diagnose it, doesnt read jack until the grid heaters cycle. but the power circuit has nothing to do with the grid heater circuit so... dont cut corners, i'm just glad after my 366 spring install i didnt crank the fuel all the way up again. lets me sleep at night with out the pyro working
