Get a 100 plate just don't put it all the way forward without upgrading your clutch. I have my 100 in the middle and it WILL slip the clutch. 100 or 0 is the only way to go.

Diff. fuel plate or no plate, SouthBend Clutch, 4k gov. spring kit, fix the KDP if not already fixed, set timing while your in there, and you should be good to go. If you want more than injectors, turbo, studs and the list goes on and on. Good Luck

I made 320 rwhp with 370s a #4 plate very little afc tuning stock timing and an HX35.
Big Deal.......

Back in 99 with a good tune up and a TST 10 Plate my truck made 332hp/998tq on stock injectors and a HX35/12.With 370's you should have made alot more than that.

Again...
I see someone telling this gentleman to use "100" plate without considering the year of his truck.Since the "100" is a hybrid made from a 10 and a 0 its profile will not give the 94 5spd truck its best performance down low and should over fuel it terribly. The 94-95 trucks best responded to the 5 plate for power and IF you could ever come across a 4 plate the low end swing was amazing, problem is Chappel(TST) quit offering them due to the excessive smoke for any street driven trucks. If your going to go and try the "100" in a 94 IMO you may as well just make it 0 and tune the AFC and limit the low end with moderation of the right foot.

I am in agreement 100% with Shea though, before considering a major fueling upgrade you may want to consider a better clutch unit as all the added fuel and power in the world means squat if your driving through the clutch.
