5.9L 12V Bombs (Aftermarket) Discussion of 12 Valve 5.9 Liter Dodge Cummins Diesels with P7100 Injection Pumps Related to Performance and Longevity

ok, the 215's seem to run better @ 19mm of rack. So I would put your afc back in and tune it, set the plate to 19mm of rack travel, put that 4k gov spring kit in, and spend your money on a better set ... JOIN NOW TO REMOVE TRACER

it measures the press in the exhaust manifold. Mine will be mounted where the egt probe used to be.

you need to check your drive press, that 65mm exhaust wheel spools quick but chokes out up top.

When you read your drive press you compare it to your boost numbers. the best ratio is 1 psi drive to 1 psi of boost.

for example if you make 40 psi of boost you want your drive press to be 40 psi or less, and with that turbine wheel I bet its gonna be high.

If you want a better DV, get some .022's or .024's milled, more fuel, same heat as the 191's (the .022 might be a tad higher EGT wise then the 191's, 50* maybe). Put your AFC back in tune it and get rid of the 370's.
