Default I'm running out of ideas.....still starting hard!

Alright so my truck has been having this starting issue for quite sometime now and i have no idea what it could be. It has a brand new lift pump, i just replaced the FCA (fuel control actuator), i had the injectors look at and the injector "O" rings have been replaced along with some injector tubes. The fuel tank has been cleaned out recently. I change the fuel filter every 5,000 miles. The truck runs great, tons of power. The truck has the intake fuel pump. Also if i take the filter out and put it back in, it will start better. What could it be? Its been in the shop three seperate times for the same thing no one has fixed it.

double check the rail pressure when cranking 3000 would be enough for it to start so if that is the case there could be something else going on.

does that starting problem change on level ground, or in a drive way where the front end is lower or higher than the rear? Does it have to sit along time or does it do it right away after shut off?

take a look at where your fuel lines support clamps that hold the fuel line to the frame.loosen each one and see if you have a pin hole in the line.If you have tried everything else you got nothing to lose.no joke this happen to me i worked for two day till i found the pin hole buy loosening the clamp a small stream of fuel started running down the line.I you have gone through all other checks you are getting air somewhere for sure.be sure to rub the clamped area with steel wool this will make the leak show its self quicker.hope this helps
