Default Indicator light help?

Hello guys, I just bought an 07 3500 6speed and it has a few minor issues, the wait to start indicator light pretty much stays on and the check engine light is on, I had it scanned yesterday and it showed something with the fuel system, he gave me a code but I can't remember what it was, so I'll go back tomorrow and get it scanned again, another thing is the coolant resivoure has a dirty film on the sides of the tank, any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like you need a coolant flush, check and see if you are getting power to the grid heater. Did you ever get the codes scanned again.
