Default question.

I just bought my 06 cummins and if I stop someplace shut it off go in the store, come back out fire it back up the amp gauge is bouncing between about 13-15 volts for a couple of mins then its fine. I havent talked to the local dodge dealer yet cause they can be dumb at times. Just wondering if somebody else hashad thos happen before or if this is just a cummins thing. Rpm are normal n no codes. New to thi so I'm learning as i go. All help will be greatfully appreciated!

Thanks, Cole
