Default tranny fluid leak

Ok ill start by saying I have an 05 5.9 24 valve 3500,
I've noticed the tranny starting to slip out of gear, so I dropped the
pan and it was clean, very very little debris on the magnet, I I
buttoned everything up, fillied the tranny fluid back up and
did a test drive, nothing changed still slips, but now I have developed a tranny flufid
Leak, but its comming out of the inspection plate on the bell housing,
I haven't looked into it yet, I wanted some of your input
if anyone has any, greatly appreciate anything
