Default Smoke is getting worse

So ever since I unlocked the Edge Juice, every day the truck seems to smoke more and more. Do you think that means my turbo is not working as efficiently due to the extra work and demand?

She's a 2006, 109,000 miles. The smoke is jet black. It just seems that the smoke keeps getting thicker and thicker. Most people would welcome this; I am more using it as a diagnostic at this point. I hope it can't hurt anything.
