There's probably a wire under the seat that goes to the buckle, just unplug it.

I just got an extra buckle and tied a little piece of strap to it that I keep in the console so that when I'm on the dirt roads or driving around on my land I can take my seat belt off and click that one in there to shut it up

There is a procedure in the manual to cut off the dinger that involves plugging and unplugging the belt while you cycle the ignition on and off. It disables the annoying sound, but leaves the light on the dash on. Let me know if you can't find it I will look for it. Good luck.

Unplug the connector under the seat and jumper the two pins in the plug. Gets rid of both the chime and the dash light.

Yeah, it's pretty nice to not have that dinger ringing in your ear. The light stays on, but I can deal with that much better. Enjoy!
