Default Storage Questions

My truck's been in storage for almost a year now. I'll be back from deployment in a few weeks, and was wondering if anyone might have some maintenance sugestions for when I get back. Right before I left, I changed the oil, filled the tank and put Lucas fuel additives in it. I replaced the waterpump, thermostat, belt, flushed and refilled the radiator, and disconnected the batteries. I'm planning on changing the fuel filter, the differential , transfer case, and transmission fluids, and putting a new set of tires on it. It has 116k on it. Is there anything I'm forgetting or need to know about after sitting for so long? Thanks.

theres two things that need to be done*** Check everything turbo, air filter housing and all piping. Mice and bugs build nests inside of the air filter housing and all that will be sucked into your engine if its been sitting that long. Other then that I dont see any issues run that engine. Its prolly getting really rusty inside of the engine because the climate goes from hot to cold and all of the oil and fuel ran out of the engine and into the lines. Id run it long and change the oil after like 1000 miles to get all that rust out of your engine. Other then that have fun.

Check for varmin damage. If it was stored inside no worries just charge the batteries or replace them and drive it! Should not have any rust issues unless it's a ford LOL
Everything is sealed and coated so no issues! Fluids don't go bad unless under water! Just check the levels!

Welcome back!

I agree with destroked, Check everything before starting your rig. Then when you feel everything is clear and not chewed and all fluid levels are good. Then run her and then change everything.
