I was trying to get those but they were back ordered for a month. So they swapped in a set of slightly more expensive bf goodrich rugged trail t/a in the "e" load range and stock size. There nice and quiet but they definitly grab rocks and then fling them all over the truck after going down gravel roads. They only have 4k on em but the last 3,500 miles was towing a trailer with the truck and trailer gvw at 15,600. I had no issues with the tires and I averaged 18mpg on the flat and slightly hilly areas and got 15mpg in the rockies (I had a heavy foot and passed a few people in the 85mph range on some hills.) I had zero hydro plaining issues but traction off the line can be an issue even with a trailer and a bed full of bikes. I would rather have gone with the Nittos and Id trade my tires if I could.

You should look into haveing the city pay you for plowing the snow for them.

 

WOW LOOK AT YOU GUYS GO!!!! 10,000+ on y'all trucks tires. mine and my dads only last 6 months if we r lucky. Probably because we drive on dirt roads all the time.

toyo's are great for around town driving and the occasional offroading, but with very little high way time they dont last plus they are one of the heavier tires on the market. I have a set of NITTo trail grappler 37x13.50R22 on my truck that sees an average of 40 miles of highway a day and they lost hardley any tread on a 1900 mile drive from nevada to Ohio. you also cant go wrong with a set of pro-comps. But dont waist the money on toyos

 

I have TOYO OC A/T'S. Was mostly happy w/ the 1st set. Discovered I couldn't air them to the spec's. on the door. They wore in the middle too much. And, at about 80% wear, got a bulge in one. That was a fun ride, bouncing for about 200 miles. About 150 miles to work and then around for a day before I could get to a discount tire. Got second set because tires I wanted weren't available at my home town tire shop. I have found discount tires to be an awesome place. Great prices and great customer service. When I went in there w/ that knot on my tire they moved my spare to my 'pretty' wheel and didn't charge me anything!! Hasn't anyone tried Mickey Thompson? They claim to have more tread. Was planning on them next for my '03 Silverado 2500HD.

 

goodyear mtr's kevlar sidewalls, awesome expensive but so worth it amazing in the snow or fierce attitude tire are nice as well not to bad on price

 

i am on my second set of nitto trails and love them no noise and awesome in snow and mud do great in anything i can throw at them i drove from ft hood texas to fairbanks alaska and they still look new price is a lil much but definitely worth it

 

I had the nitto terra grapplers on my truck when I bought it. They wore out after 10k miles. They were almost brand new. I then bought a set of wheels with interco swampers on them. They were only 3k miles on them when I bought them and then they got 8k more and they were worn out. I have kelly safaris now with 5k miles and they barely have worn any. I'm impressed by them. I'm going with them probably when I get new tires.

 

i really like the primewell tires. i never really had heard of em and i got to doin lookin around and i found alot of people runnin them they wear great too

 

I have had very good luck with both BFG All Terrains and Nitto Terra Grappers.
