2004 dodge 2500 5.9 wont start

Hey guys I have a 2004 Dodge 2500 and I have two engine code:P0628 and P2128. The truck wont start right and iam lost on it. Its all stock also. Thanks

take the fuel filter cap off and turn the key on and see if you have fuel comming out. i'm pretty sure the p0628 code is for fuel pump voltage low. the other one is for throttle position sensor voltage high
