Default De-fueling problem

I have a 05 timing sensor only mod on it, Airdog fuel pump, I just had them send me a replacement pump, it was running loud but not running out of fuel like the other one was, then 3 days into the replacement pump I was running out of fuel at 70 mph, if I went faster it cut out, at 70 it was right on the edge and would stumble now and then.

I running out of ideals of things to check, I had a high rail pressure code come up before I replaced the air dog and replaced the regulator on the CP-3 but it made no difference.

Anyone got any ideals or do I need to be looking for a good cummins shop to help me

Thanks Herb

OK thanks for all who replied, it ended up being the one thing I did not suspect, the 1/2 inch fuel line on the suction side, I removed all tie wraps so I could run the line and every where I had line touching line with tie wraps had small cracks in the outer lining, no where else in the line did it have problems except where the line touched it self and the worst one was the two I had wrapped to the bed support.

Still didn't look bad enough to cause problems, but I pulled out some miners black tape, taped over it, so it seems it was sucking air through the outer lining.

Hoses aren't even 2 years old yet.

So if you Air Dog starts getting loud or you start running out of fuel, check those fuel lines that came with the Air Dog
