Default turbo help

just got my truck out of the shop, had 180's cp3, and silver bullet 66 the guy at thoroughbread diesel said for a daily driver this 66 whould be a perfect match with the 180's.. well he was wrong, cruising at 60 mph hit the throttle wide open it takes 14secs to spool the turbo, i can't drive the pos without smoking the world out and even when it does finally spool the egt are screaming, today i put the factory turbo back on so i could at least drive it, this is my daily driver and i want reliable power any ideas or suggestions

180hp injectors in a daily driver!?? Your probably totally smoking with a stock turbo. What are the smarty settings? Timing? You can't stomp these turbo's you have to roll into them and watch your boost pressure. Your setup is for the track not the street.

i tuned on it with the smarty for 2 days nothing worked, there was always a black stream following me around, the egt's stayed hot even when it did spool, and i don't want to have to roll in to the throttle thats no good for street racing, im putting the smarty to stock with the stock turbo until i can figure something out

You need to think about how you'r spooling up.:hum: You'r not getting the air when you need it. Check your software and ask a professional.
