Default Dang, now batteries are dead...

Just changed water pump, belt, oil, put on bypass filter, and now the truck won't start. When it was sitting last week I had the batteries unhooked. When I fixed it it started like normal. Last night it was a lil slow turning over and now it barely does. Think it's just time for a new set or could something have drained em?
