Default Weird intake noise

I just put a FIPK intake and a 4 inch MBRP on my truck. I just pulled the silencer ring out and put in a boost fooler aswell (I got it for free and figured what the hell), and the truck sounds AWSOME. BUT, when I have my foot into it in say 4th gear, with the turbo boosted up and I pull my foot out of it quickly I hear a weird woosh noise (sometimes it almost seems like a flutter), it only happens when the throttle drops off quickly. Some times (it seems to do it mostly at highway speed) the throttle will "hang up" for a second and the motor slows down slowly, and other times it seems to drop off right away. Ideas?

And I need to modify my wastegate to get more boost correct? What is the easiest way?

And the truck is a 2004, with a 325hp sticker on it, but when I bought a chip for a 2004.5, it did not work with the truck. I thought the 2004 was 305hp? Ideas on this? -

There is an 04 and an 04.5. If you have the 325 sticker you have the 04.5.

And it is called turbo "bark". Normal, and it does happen, but try and avoid it. What I do is when I dog on the throttle I let off of the throttle slowly to give the turbo a second to slow down with the engine. -

But the Quadzilla Milage max chip I put in did not work with the truck. The truck would not ilde right, and I was getting a "Fuel rail pressure low" error code. The truck was chipped before I got it, and the dude had left the harness in there. I looked at the harneses and busted out the multi-meter, the fuel pressure is wired differently. When I ran the 2004.5 chip with the old harness, it was MUCH better, but still did not run right, so I sent it back and I am waiting for another chip for the 2004. There is no "tourqe" rating anywhere on the motor. I dont get it. -

can you get a picture? Also if I remember right the Quadzilla was the chip that always put out codes. Unless the valve cover was changed, you should have an 04.5. -

the date of manufacture on the engine is 4-16-04, and the sticker says 325 hp, but is there also not supposed to be a tourqe rating somewhere on the 2004.5 and up models, and I dont have one (that i can find). When I bought the truck the dude said that Dodge reflashed the truck with the new program, if they did this, would they have changed the sticker out? -
