Not to hijack the tread but is there a specific kit I can get to adjust my valves? I know that cummins has specfic kits out for there heavy duty engines and what not didnt know if I can get a kit from them for our little 5.9s or not. I just hit 100k the other day. I have a list alot like what you have going on. -

not sure if there is a specific kit , all it would include is a barring tool and some feeler gauges, but all you need is feeler gauges , and regular metric wrenches or sockets and allens, cant remember the specific sizes... you can bar the engine over by putting a socket wrench on the vibration damper , I know thats not the correct way to bar the engine but it gets to job done... -
