A buddy bought a 07 1 ton in indiana while at a truck pull well went to leave noticed it got a knock turned around and the guy told him that it's done that sience new (they will say anything to sell a truck) well he ended up keeping the truck drove it all the way to tn with the knock I'm thinking it's not a rod I know the way he drives it would hav died b4 he got it home any ideas on what to start looking for? -

It could be just about anything! Injector, Piston, Rod. I had a customer go in with an 07 this week for a knock under warranty and they said it was normal.....NOT
