airdog 150 and a set of 50-9- horse injectors, and that should have you pretty close to 3K..
what is he wanting to do to the truck? - |

leveling kit - 100
35" tires -800-900 smarty- 600 tc- 1000 vb- 500 rims-1000 62mm turbo 1500 diy cp3 mod-free that's $5,500 total and about 500-550 to the wheels - |

tires are going to run about 275 a piece, lift kit was 700 because he wants a 5 inch but i think that is too much lift for 35's, i think he could get away with a 3 inch leveling kit but it depends on the truck cause i could barely get 33's on a buddy of mines 3rd gen with a leveling kit, rims are going to be 600 cause he only wants black 17's........i havent priced anything for a common rail in a while cause my buddy sold his so i stopped looking at stuff for them....... -

since it sounds like he has about 2500 bucks left. i would do:
smarty- 650 new 500 used out of the classifieds normally torque converter(triple disc)- 1000-1200 valve body- 500 edge ez or mp8 (pressure box)- 385-540 new edge ez can be found in classifieds for 250-300 that will still put the truck around 500hp - |

i have 315/70R17's(34.5") right now on h2 wheels with no rub sitting stock! my 35x12.5 would rub with the stock rims at full tilt with a 2 1/2" inch pro-comp leveling kit and 2" blocks in the rear. its the tire width and rim back spacing that makes the difference. -

all trucks are different.....we put 305/70/17 MTR's on it with 17x9 eagle alloys and a 3 inch cup......we still had to trim.......that was on my buddies 2003 low output common rail regular cab long bed.........
one box/reprogrammer is enough for this truck, he will be pulling a boat, 4 wheeler, or single car trailer when he is towing.....he dont needs a monster, just some good stuff to make it tow and run a little better....... those tire prices are for Toyo Open Country MT's in 35x12.50x17......i know a place that sells them cheap.......and they are load range E...... - |
