Default FASS push lock leak

Title says it all- 2 push lock fittings are leaking with FASS 150- one at sump and the other is where the return line comes out of the pump- any ideas on how to stop these? Not spewing but enough to leave marks in the driveway I just washed - Yes the hose is pushed all the way to the yellow plastic at the end of the fitting. I read hose clamps are a no no- gray permatex RTV?

Do the hose clamps! Not super tight! Snug and half a turn!

I'll give it a shot- they are sending different fittings but I really don't want to back out the fittings since they aren't leaking at the threads and need to drain tank for the sump fitting!

i put hose clamps on mine, just made them snug so the push lock fitting didnt cut the hose.

Have em clamped- time will tell haven't run it- this morning when I got in my truck fired right up but gas gauge was flat lined and fuel light on- I noticed the harness was not "clicked" all the way in- I tried to get it seated (room for one hand only) and couldn't- is the fuel gauge controlled by the plug Ontop of the stock canister or the other one? I'll have to Lower tank now to get that seated ugh

Lowered tank cleaned and messed and repositioned wires and randomly after checking 6 times fuel gauge magically works- clamps have slowed down leaks enough not to drip on driveway yet but still seeping- another 1/4 turn on the clamps?

you can try that, but i really dont know how tight they are already. you just dont want the push lock to cut the hose.

1/4 turns seem to be working. I think I was a little on the loose side since I was afraid of tearing it. I have clamps on my sump at the base (no longer leaking), at pump inlet (no longer leaking), return from pump (slower), then the inlet going to CP3 started leaking at pushlock. None are at the threads- I'm not happy with these fittings!

Replaced 2 push locks with NEW fittings from Fass and still leaking slightly in that same spots (after pump going to cp3 and at return exit on pump- I'm pretty frustrated at this point and going to buy reg fittings so I can just double clamp em and call it a day. The hose I believe came with my kit isn't diesel rated if it's the same as the link below? "Python Plus" blue hose. Link below saying not diesel rated-What hose are you running?
