Default TWO ISSUES...Torque and Boost

First issue is TORQUE: I rebuilt a 5.9L Cummins w/ 188/220 Hamitlon Cam, 100HP Injectors, an 85% over CP3, FASS 150, Billeted SD Compound Turbos (S363/68/14 wastegated turbo & S480 T6 turbo) tuned with a Smarty S06 PoD, 4500 Manual transmission, and a SB DD clutch. The engine is an '05, and it is in an '01 Ram 2500 that used to be a gas V-10 (rewired now for diesel). I was told that the front end of the gas 2500s were the same as the Cummins 2500s, but now I'm not so sure. My problem is, the truck/engine seems to be too 'torquey", if that's even a word. The engine twists the front end and "literally" lifts the left (driver's side) front tire off the ground before it breaks the rear tires loose. I'm afraid I'm either going to (a) crack the windshield, (b) break the engine mounts), or (c) tear up the drive train. SUGGESTIONS?

Second issue: With all of the torque issues, I'm still having difficulties tuning the engine above CaTCH Level 5 without losing power at the top of RPMs (prior to shifting)--it falls on it's face. I have plenty of power (and torque) at low end, but not high end. How do I increase the pressure on my waste gate to open at higher boosts? I've left messages with the turbo manufacturer, but to date, they have not called me back. Basically, I want more HP/boost at higher RPMS b/c it appears that I have plenty at low RPMs.

He can help you with tuning I would say you need UDC to properly tune it!
Your stuck with the frame twist an 01 just wasn't made for that HP! Do some research on frame stiffening!
