Default belt squealing

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas as what my problem could be? My 2006 Dodge 2500 has 171,000 miles and runs great. The problem I'm having is that there's a squealing noise that sounds like it's coming from the passenger side when it's under load. The water pump was bad, so I replaced that, along with a new belt tensioner and belt, but the noise is still there. Two years ago, I replaced the alternator. The a/c works great, but I'm wondering if maybe the alternator or a/c bearings are what could be causing this? If so, can the bearings be replaced, or do I have to replace the whole unit? Thanks in advance for any answers.

I know alternators will make that noise if the brushes or bearings go bad. Take your belt off and turn the alternator by hand and see if you feel any resistance or hear noise.

When i was younger we would spray (BELT DRESSING) on the belts to quiet them, But with the new belts don't spray them
Why Belt Dressing Is Not a Solution To Quiet a Noisy Belt

I found out that the problem was that the a/c clutch bearing was worn out. I just ordered a new bearing and installation kit for less than $20. Problem solved.
