Default P0341 P0541 possible fuel issue?

Okay so a little while back I was driving and my CEL came on. Then the truck would jump, fuel pressure would drop to about 8-10 when it would "jump". Stopped and it threw camshaft sensor (P0341) and intake air heater #1 relay low voltage. Replaced both and it ran fine for a few days. Then it happened again. Same codes. Checked messed around with my airdog 2 a few times checking connections and what not because fuel pressure would drop randomly from 20 down to between 8-10. Adjusted the pressure on the airdog to 25 and it's still dropping but now to about 12. Any ideas?? I'm just lost as to why it only does it once the CEL turns on and throws those two codes and my fuel pressure drops. Doesn't stay low, just will sputter in the middle of driving.

Thanks,
Matt

Okay further investigation, looking at my ECM there is a red wire in the back that has split in half. Any idea what this wire goes to?
