2005 5.9 cummins getting hot at an idle?
When running in stop and go traffic and at an idle, the temperature goes up and my ac starts blowing hot. But when I am on the interstate in stays cool and ac blows cold. I have changed my fan clutch and my thermostat. I have codes of 0480, and 0483 please help before this az heat comes.

The codes mean no power to the fan. Check the connection and for any damage to the harness. As far as getting hot I put a fan on the condensor to kick on with a switch. For A/C dodges are known for not moving enough air across the condensor causing high head pressure and hot air conditions, in extreme situations I've seen the overpressure relief blow! Since the fan install it runs cold in any traffic or temp! After you put the fan in have the A/C checked just incase you lost some freon to blow off!

I have also had my fan clutch wires cut the fan wires are hanging with no plug but I don't know where the wire harness to the truck is. Does any one know where they run to??
