Default Temp help

I have a early 04 one ton and when I'm sittin in traffic or just sittin still while the truck is in gear the Trans and water temp go up what would cause this?

Clogged rad, fan clutch.

Like he said^^^ lack of air flow turn your A/C on see if the fan kicks on !
