Hypertech and bullydog. Havent messed with either in 4-5 months. Has a raptor fuel pump on it, relay went out. Replaced it now it wont shut off. i know the pumps not running. With the key off truck will run. Pull battery cables connect again most dash warning lights are on without key on.

Sound like a failed ignition switch.

I left the truck run with the key out. Ran for about 5 minutes and died. I left it alone a few minutes later the headlights flashed on and off a few times?

Check all your grounds! The CP3 will pull fuel even with the pump off! Till it creates a vacuum to strong to overcome!

Injectors wont fire without current regardless of fuel pressure unless a nozzle is cracked. He would first complain of smoke, misfire, low power and oil dilution if this was the case.
